How could I make this build less expensive?

I'm planning to build a mini ITX gaming build, but its total price (approx. 620$) is exceeding my original budget of 550$. Here is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DnzXdC

I know that the case is expensive for the build, but I want to keep it as compact as possible. Could I possibly replace any parts for ones with cheaper prices, but similar performance? Even If I had to downgrade a bit, it wouldn't bother me that much.

Also, is an R9 280 worth it compared to maybe an R9 270, and how would my build perform in modern games like BF4 and other?

Solution
Drop down to a less expensive Intel Core i3 if possible, change to G Skill Ares if it's a bit cheaper, drop down to' a 500W PSU and if that still does not level the price down to budget then perhaps drop down to an R9 270X or R9 270. The 270X is still capable of maxing out pretty much every game with/out AA at 1080p.

R9 270X/280 can run Battlefield 4 maxed out with 2x MSAA with constant 60fps or 4x MSAA with 40-50 FPS.
