I want to know if Mabinogi (an online game) will run with a laptop with these specs:
Windows 8.1 64
AMD Quad-Core A8-6410 Processor + AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics
4GB DDR3L System Memory (1 Dimm)
It does not run with a laptop with these specs:
Windows 8.1 64
Intel® Core™ i3-4030U with Intel HD Graphics 4400 (1.9 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
Finally, the Mabinogi requirements are as follows:
Type Recommended
OS Windows 7 or higher
CPU Dual Core 2.5Ghz or better
RAM 2GB or higher
Graphics GeForce 7600GS/Radeon X1300 or better
HDD 4 GB or more
Direct X Version Direct 9.0c or newer
Web Browser IE8/Firefox/Chrome
Now, I should mention that my mac (with bootcamp) ran Mabinogi just fine. My husband's computer (with an intergrated graphics card) with the following specs also runs Mabinogi:

If you do not know what Mabinogi is, it is a MMORPG that is downloaded from the internet (similarly to how LoL and Starcraft are downloaded... or even WoW). This laptop needs to be able to do Mabinogi and Skype.
