Hello, merry xmas to all of you! This year i decided to upgrade my pc with a new ssd! I already have one ssd for windows and one hdd for games, i am wondering when i install do i simply just have to plug it into the computer since i already have a ssd? (I will not remove the old ssd).

Q2
Does this motherboard support Sata 3 connections? MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming, Socket-1150
it says sata 6 gb/s, but i need to be sure before im buying a new ssd!
Thanks!

Solution
it should be plug and play. it will work in whatever mode the others are set in (AHCI/RAID or IDE)

and yes, every SATA plug on that motherboard is SATA3.
