Just wanted to know if this was good or if anyone has some advice on the part picks I had. I want to play games like DayZ, ARMA 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition on Ultra with decent fps

I would not purchase a Xeon. Graphics intensive games like Dragon Age will benefit significantly from overclocking. Try this for your budget:
