How Does My $400 Gaming PC Build Look?

How does it look? And is there any improvements I can make? My budget is $400 and I already bought the Graphics card off Ebay. Would this be able to run games decently like Rust, Dayz, and Planetside 2? Also should I go with the Pentium or i3? or should I go with an AMD with a quad core? I want to get something where I can upgrade it when I can. Thanks to all answers

You can with what you have there currently But I feel the CPU may hold you back in games like rust dayz and PS2.

an i3 would definitely more likely help, as the CPU you picked is ONLY good if you overclock it heavily, and you can't do that with your motherboard.

Get an i3. The Pentium, while good for lower end cards, may hold the 7950 back.

Although the CPU has a high overclock rate but as stated before, your motherboard couldn't handle the high overclock rate.I would recommend an i3-4150 possibly? This CPU would make your build total to around $392, but the prices would vary over time.

Exactly. More and more modern games utilize 4 cores (virtual/hyperthreaded or otherwise) so the 2c/4t i3 should be a vast improvement over the Pentium.
