New system randomly giving single beeps

Hi everyone, first time post here so if i have left anything out i would be happy to get that info to anyone that might have a potential cure. Here is the scenario, the wife gave me the components to build a new gaming machine for Christmas. Everything seems to be running great from a performance perspective, however, it is randomly beeping. I have spoken with MSI and they have said that the mother board doesn't have an on board speaker, the new case has nothing going to the motherboard speaker jumpers. I am stumped at this point and I cant seem to get the beep to occur when i am close enough to precisely tell where it is coming from.

Here are the components.
MSI Z97-G45 mobo
MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC gpu
Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon
32gb of Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 1866 ram
Corsair MX100 SSD
Corsair CX750 psu
all sitting happily in a Corsair 540 air case
I did bring my two standard SATA HDD's from my old rig

Now I have used a couple of different power calculators and been around 345 to 360 peak usage, so like i said totally stumped, and MSI support was only helpful in saying they are pretty sure neither of their components is designed to beep out of the box.

Thanks in advance for any help you could toss my way...

Tom
