My RAM is running at 667mhz instead of 800mhz. Is it worth changing or will I not notice any benefits during gaming?

The reason I ask is although I know I can switch to 800mhz in the bios settings, my mobo is a Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 and I can't actually access the bios via my HDTV due to the black screen issue. I've tried changing it with Easy Tune6 too but the setting won't "stick" for some reason, and getting my hands on a suitable monitor is going to take a few days - all this and I'm not even sure it's worth doing anyway.

Advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

System:

AMD FX-8350
MSI R9 290
Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3
8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 RAM (2x 4gb)
1tb 7200 rpm Seagate Barracuda
Win 7 Pro 64bit

Well, there are some benefits during gaming - RAM with more MHZs is faster. I realized that when I had old DDR2 on 800mhz, and then replaced it with 1600mhz it was... generally, system with rams, with higher mhzs is faster. but answer to your question.. i'm searching for now :D
