Computer will start with one stick of RAM, but not with two

Hi all.

I reassembled my computer with a new motherboard and a new processor, and everything has started fine and works except for one thing. When I try to boot my computer with two sticks of RAM in any of the slots, the computer endlessly restarts and no response is seen on the monitor. I've eliminated the possibility of a bad stick, since I've swapped each out each of them in each slot. How might I fix this, so my computer can start with both sticks?

My Specs are:
-Intel Core i5 4690k
-ASUS h97 plus ATX motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB)
-Intel 730 series 240GB SSD
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770
-Rosewill 1000w 80+ Bronze Power Supply

Thanks!

Do you have DRAM in slots 1-3 or 2-4? If so CPU cooler may be too tight in a corner or side, try loosening and snug back down, not overly tight and try - also can try both sticks in 1-2 or 3-4 from CPU - if one combo works and not the other may be bent/broken pins or a bad channel on the mobo or bad CPU - also try each stick individually in case one is bad
