As the title says i'm running windows 32 bit and a lot of my ram is being wasted and I kind of need it so I want to install 64 bit windows. I used daemon tools and mounted the image but every time i double click the mounted iso it says "This installation disc isn't compatible with your version of Windows. To upgrade, you need the correct installation disc. For more information..." and so on. So I need to ask how do I install 64 bit windows without a cd but I also want to keep all of my files?

Solution
You cant upgrade from 32 bit to 64bit windows. You need to do a complete fresh install of 64 bit windows and then reinstall almost all of your software. Your documents, pics videos, etc you can just copy back in. Steam & origin games can be copied back in but steam & origin themselves need to be reinstalled first and then you can point them to their game directories
Well the only way to do that is a fresh install: that is, boot from a 64 bit disk, format the HDD and reinstall. If you want to save your files you'd need to back them up to an external drive. If you have the disk image but not a physical disk grab a blank DVD then insert it into the dvd drive, right-click the image file in explorer and select "burn image to disk."

Right. You're trying to start the 64bit install from inside a 32bit environment.
That will not work.

You must boot from the install media, and then install. It is a full install, and will wipe whatever is on that disk or partition.

For your personal data? Save it elsewhere and offline first.
