Okay so i have the corsair h110 and it has a 3 pin cpu head and my asus delux has a 4 pin cpu head so i plug the 3 pin in to the 4 pin and the h110 doesnt work. when i boot up it says press f1 cpu fan is not on. i go in to the qfan thing in the bios and it says the cpu fan isnt on. how do i turn it on from the bios, i think its because its a 3 pin. I also pluged it in to the fan hub in the back to see if it will work and it did at first but now it failed. plz help

Did you read the instructions? The 4 pin rad fan(s) connector goes to the 4 pin CPU FAN header, the pump (what you are calling the head, I guess) goes to any 3 pin header. But be sure that header is always at full speed. You don't ever want to lower the speed of the pump.
