How much difference can better ram make?

Hey, i was wondering how better ram can improve performance, not adding 1gb, i mean buying a better stick(s) of ram, how much fps could increase buy upgrading?

This is the ram i am buying:

Amaxel 8GB Desktop PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3 Unbuffered 240-pin 2x4GB

Is this ideal? (My CPU only supports Unbuffered and non-ecc so i cant change that type)

Ok thanks, i was told that my ram was a poor choice, so i was wondering what could the gaming differences be, thanks for your answer. :)

^ the reason your ram is a bad choice isn't because of the speed etc but because its unbranded with no real manufacturers warranty.
£20 more will get you corsair xms3 cas 9 which is lifetime warrantied & you'll also be covered by amazon on the off chance its DOA.
I would never buy ram from eBay unless its boxed,sealed & branded.

I need to cut edges in some areas, but its good to know about why my ram is a bad choice thanks.
