At the moment, I have an Intel Core i5 @ 3.20 GHz. I'm having no problems with it - in fact, it's fantastic. But I'm just a little curious about something. Even though my CPU's maximum speed is stated as 3.20 GHz, my PC decides to use it at 3.33 GHz. Why could this be?
