Zotac usually push the limits of speed on a gpu and tend to have slightly higher performance than Sapphire, on identical cards. That usually also comes with a price. Higher heat, higher fan noise, and sometimes less dependability. Sapphire, on the other hand, has a great service dept, very good cards and top ranked output and reliability in their cards as well as running relatively cool and quiet.

A gtx760 lies right in the middle of the performance between budget cards and high end, roughly between a r9 280 and an r9 280x, so the 760 will perform better than the 270x, in majority of games.

Personally I'd go with the 760 over a 270x, nvidia has a better reputation when it comes to drivers, the 760 will out-perform the 270x mostly...

Should probably go with the GTX 760, it has better performance. I have seen some customer reviews and most are good but some say that it fails after a while which isn't hard to solve, you can just RMA it and it's done.

Hope I was able to help. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Failing that, Sapphire makes the better card all around, so I'd suffer some fps loss, just for the peace of mind.
