i just built my first pc yesterday and today i installed windows 8.1. it seemed to be working just fine until i tried to download a game. downloading it took FOREVER and when it finally downloaded it was taking forever to start up. when it finally did and i got into the game i had EXTREMELY low fps. like maybe 1 or 2 fps. is there a problem with the graphics card or the cpu? im really new to this computer stuff and i dont know that much about it.
First pc build! Very very slow and very very low fps!
