Hi there, I've been having a terrible issue these past few months and I was hoping that you guys can help me out!

So anyways, when I load a big power consuming game like BF3 or DayZ, my computer will either freeze or get a BSOD about 30 min-1 hour into the game. When running either one of these games (plus a few unused background programs) I run at 7.14GB out of my 8GB RAM. I also record sometimes and that makes my crashes come even faster (I tested me playing and recording and I use about 7.18GB out of my 8GB).

Now that I have that out of the way. I am able to run all games at Ultra around 60 fps. Here are my specs:

I would like to know if my freezing and crashing problem will be fixed if I install this ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104520&cm_re=Kingston_HyperX_16GB-_-20-104-520-_-Product

Thank you!

I just ran a test with memtest and I had absolutely no errors... I do believe that it is the lack of RAM causing the crashes but I'd like to be 100.8372% sure. Is there anything else that I would need to test?
