Dual Channel Ram wont work!

I just built my PC and have figured out that when I run Dual Channel, the computer just goes into an endless Boot-up/Shutdown loop. I tried both Ram sticks one at a time in each Ram slot and both work in every slot, just not together.

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

CPU: I5 4690k

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming

Do you have latest BIOS? Have you tried in 2-4 from CPU? 1-3?

I have not gone into BIOS yet, should I (with only 1 Ram stick since it won't boot with 2)?
If I do go into BIOS what would I need to do to get the computer to even TURN ON with Dual channel...

Try raising the DRAM voltage + 0.06 and then give the other stick a try if it will boot w/ the one
