Should I wait for the price of these components to drop?

Hey, I was wondering if there's usually a drop in the prices of computer components anytime soon (up to 2 months from now), and how big that drop usually is. Here is the list of parts I'm planning on buying:

Cooler Master COSMOS SE Case (Looks really cool, and has supposedly good air-flow)
Intel Core i7-5820K
MSI X99S SLI Plus
2 MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming (in SLi)
Asus Xonar DX 24-bit 192 KHz (Sound Card)
16GB of RAM, no matter what retailer. Preferrably 2x8GB, DDR4, that way I can upgrade to 32GB at any time by only purchasing 2 more 8GB chips, not having to replace all the ones I have (as I would with 4x4GB)

I was going to get an MSI R9 295x2 card, but since I'm not planning on 4K or multi-monitor gaming (yet), I think the twin 970 Gamings will be better.
So do you guys know if the prices of any of these are likely to drop soon? And if you think I should get a different part instead of one I'm getting, please tell me.

Thanks in advance for any replies!

Like you said nothing in concrete - a lot will depend on when AMD get's their new line ready to go, nVidia pretty much has things tied up at the moment - their new cards are basically ready to go, but might as well milk the 970 and 980 for all it can pull

That's one thing I don't actually know a lot about, what would you recommend for the motherboard?

Not sure about PSU yet, was going to go for any 1kW I can find, the Cooler Master Gold Modular looked good, if not a bit overpriced.

Would you say that card is better than both the GA-X99M-Gaming 5 and the GA-X99-UD4?
If so, then I think I've got all I need!

I know nvidia has gtx 970's and 80's with 8gbs of Vram in the works, as well as AMDs new GPU coming out so they may drop in price soon enough, but I haven't seen any concrete release dates for either release so who knows how long before they are released

Thank you for the replies! :) I think I'll wait till mid-Feb, which is said to be the month in which AMD will release their 390, and I'll get the motherboard you recommended.
