yeah i would go with the N520 for your new hardware. I wish you the best of luck in your CPU lottery. I got lucky and got a godly overclocker. i can OC over 5Ghz with my I5 4960k and sill boot windows. i keep it at 4.7 for day to day use/gaming, and never get over 52c with a hyper 212 EVO, but the N520 is a better cooler imo.
