This is my first build and my budget is 1000$ or 70000-80000 RS
i have decided the gpu as gtx 970 remaining you can suggest me
I want to build a HARDCORE GAMING PC
And my BUDGET can be extended to only 200$ more
I have a monitor and optical drive
So please only suggest me
CABINET , MOBO , CPU , RAM ,
PSU AND GPU

It's a little difficult now, you could choose the motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 OR MSI Z97 Gaming 3, with Core i7 and a GTX 970 with a 550 Watts power supply from corsair (this would be the very minimum).

Graphics Card - GTX 970 from ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte (30k)
Processor - Intel Core i7 4770K (20k - 25k)
Motherboard - Any Z97 based motherboard from ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI (approx 15k - 20k)
RAM - 16 GB DDR3 at 1600 MHz (2x8GB or 4x4GB) from Corsair, Kingston or G.Skill (12k)
Power supply - Corsair VS650 or Antec VP650P (5k)
Cabinet is up to you based on your taste (approx 5k)

In that case, you could choose between the below items to fit your budget.

Graphics card - GTX 760 from the same suggested brands (I own one from ASUS) (20k)
Processor - Intel Core i5 4690K (17k)
Power Supply - Antec VP 500 OR Corsair VS 550 (3k to 3.5k) - ONLY if you decide to go for the GTX 760
Motherboard - ASUS Z97-PRO OR GA-Z97X-Gaming 3/5 (15k)
