EZ tuning wizard caused computer to turn on and off continuously every 3 secods

I have a z97 sabertooth and used the ez tuneup wizard in BIOS. The computer instantly shuts down and now turns on and shuts off every 3 seconds but only stays on for 1 second.

try resetting the bios.an easy way is to remove the cmos battery for a minute or so then reinstall.this should reset your bios to defaults.

That or try booting to safe mode and change the tuning or remove it
