I've had this computer since august and its ran fine since today. i Left it on over night to download a game and when i woke up i played it till like 4 so it was on a good 24 hours. then i tried to play minecraft a game i could get 75fps no problem on and now i only can get up to like 20. is it possible for one of my parts to have gone bad from leaving it on over night and now it cant run games anymore. Specs are just fx-6300 6 core and r9 270x. i really need some help on this to know if i need a new part or if its something i downloaded

Leaving computers on overnight wont hurt it. It's the same as waking up early hours and having the computer on till late evening being on longer than you would be sleeping. Only time for concern is during a power surge or electrical storm and probably the former you wouldn't know about if you were a sleep :)

Check nothing is overheating first, possibly cooling Fans of either CPU or GPU have stopped spinning.

Check Task Manager as well there are no processes running in the background absorbing large amounts of CPU resources.

Have you rebooted your computer?

if you mean reseting it then yes like 5 times but i cleaned it out with a air can and all the fans were working everything looked fine but what should i look for in the computer to see if anything overheated

CPU usage in the Value column is quite active, were you running anything in the background when you took that screen shot?

Close all windows and try again. What operating System are you running?

Edit; Temps for CPU and GPU are fine idle, to get an idea of your temps under load, play a game or run a benchmark program like furmark for GPU and Prime95 for CPU.
