if your still in school see if your school on the microsoft edu program. if you have a new pc and low on funds right now there the windows 10 preview that free to use right now. just need a 8g usb stick and windows iso to usb tool to make a bootable usb stick. when the last update drops for people it will expire in about 180.00 days. before it ends you can buy older version of windows or see what ms will sell windows 10 for.

thanks, i know there are a few out there that sell these really cheap but i have heard they are very un reliable and the KEY may not even work, so i pretty much thought this walmart price was the lowest but wanted to make sure
there was not a office supply place that sold it a little lower.
