Trouble Choosing GPU

I have an AMD 280 right now, but i want to upgrade my system. I was thinking about crossfiring 2 of them, but I'd have to buy a new power supply, and for the price, I was wondering if I could do better buying a single card. I am leaning towards nVidia for this one, because I use a lot of Cinema 4D and Maya, and GPU rendering really only exists on nvidias.

I'm thinking about these, which one would be a better choice? I mainly play CoD, CS, and GTA V when it comes out.

Solution
no they arent... r9 280 is pretty strong ....
you will have to wait for a better card to have a worthy upgrade..
970 will be a small upgrade.. 780 even smaller

The 780/970 isn't going to be a big improvement over the r9 280?
