So I have an msi z87m motherboard, a Haswell 4770k CPU, and 16gb G.Skill DDR3 and two msi GTX 760 ITX editions in SLI. I also have a 750W PSU. Here are links to all four

Whenever I OC everything, such as overclocking the RAM (using XMP profile and manually overclocking it) to 2400 MHz I get blue screens dumping physical memory to disk, I was even getting blue screens with it OC'd to 1866 MHz, At the same time I had the CPU clocked to 4.3 GHz with both those settings, I have since set my RAM to 1600 MHz and my CPU to 4.0 GHz.

Also prime95 would almost always instantly fail when the RAM was at 2400 MHz, it would do ok at times with the 1866 MHz setting

I have heard that overclocking RAM with a Haswell doesn't really do anything... is that true?

I suppose the blue screens could also be from overclocking my GPUs, I've heard that one shouldn't really be overclocking GPU memory and just turn up the core clock, is that a generally true statement? Also I'm not able to turn up voltage but I am able to turn up the power and temperature offset, is this the same thing? Also I use EVGA Precision X 16

I was wondering if my PSU, being 750W, is enough power, considering I have two GTX 760's and whatnot, I asked some people here if that would be enough before I bought it and everybody said it would be, the PSU I did choose came recommended as well.

Also, both my GPUs and my CPU are liquid cooled.

Thank you to anybody who is willing to help and answer questions, I really appreciate it.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS. Then start with CPU and get it stable, 4.3 would be a good point. Once stable enable XMP and select profile 1 for the DRAM. Make sure it is stable at 2400 and timings/settings are correct, sounds like you might need a tad extra voltage to the MC (memory controller - often CPUVTT or DDRVTT), when the rest of the rig is stable then try with the GPUs - start with clock, and with all the above go up in small increments
