Can someone tell me if this pc build can handle modern games at ultra 60 fps (First Build)

Solution
The motherboard from ASRock is pretty good for a mild overclocking (ASRock is known for good parts for a lower price).

But if you're worried about it, you could look for brands like ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI on the same Z97 platform which are much better for a bigger overclock and stability.

Looks pretty good. You could go in for 16 GB RAM (2 x 8GB) instead of just 8 GB for future-proofing.

You wouldn't need a CPU cooler like that if you don't plan to overclock. Buy that ONLY if you plan on overclocking. It wouldn't make sense otherwise.
