What's a decent gaming GPU that won't be bottlenecked by an AMD E1-1200 APU?

My cousin is only 15 and doesn't have a lot of money. He tries to play games on his computer with an AMD E1-1200 APU with HD 7310 graphics and 4GB of RAM, but in most games it's not even worth trying to play. I'm looking for a low to mid end graphics card that won't be bottlenecked by the E1-1200. He's not looking to play games on ultra settings at 1080p, but 720p, medium settings at 60fps would be good.

What are some suggestions? I'm really not sure what this CPU is capable of. An R7 250X.. GTX 750?

Oh ok, I knew it was bad but I didn't think it was that bad. I also thought about a CPU upgrade but apparently it's soldered onto the motherboard.

I heard the CPU is soldered into the motherboard because it's a mobile processor. I looked in the side of the case and there's no fan, only a heatsink
