How much Fps with this build? Minecraft

Solution
yeah, a faster video card, particularly if you want to use any shader mods. I find my 7970 struggles with the heaviest shader mods, only get around 40fps. a gtx970 would fix that i recon. But for vanilla minecraft that setup is more than enough. I cant help but think its not a very balanced build though. The cpu > gpu power ratio is out of wack. You would find better overall frames if you dropped to a lower tier cpu and put that money toward a faster gpu. Also, a $150 keyboard but only a $99 video card........ a bit of a facepalm moment when i saw that....and again with a 750ti yet your pairing that with a 144hz monitor....

Have given you a much better gpu and a better psu, just by removing the uberkill mouse and keyboard and a moderately priced, but still decent, motherboard, for slightly less price.

Minecraft is secretly dependent on the CPU for rendering parts of the world, unlike most games which rely mostly on the video card. The 750 Ti is a solid choice for a budget GPU, however it will struggle to render the sheer amount of pixels required with a 144hz monitor. I'd recommend not spending so much on your peripherals and focus the money on a better GPU/CPU.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qKsWjX I changed the gpu! But I'm keeping the sweet keyboard and mouse xD Razer is a good brand and I'll be buying most of the pc parts first then peripherals but this was just to see for all. With that said, how well will this gpu and cpu do me ? :)

it is the optimum cpu and gpu combo for gaming at the moment as far as im concearned. It will do you very well. The only reason to get a better gpu/pair of gpus would be for multi monitor or higher than 1080p gaming. You really cant get a better cpu (especially when overclocked) without spending significantly more money than the performance you get.
