get a hyperthreaded i3 so that you have a 4core rig
you can maybe run the games low-medium stetting
about games like GTA V ,witcher 3
not sure , the system req have not yet been released and the level of optimization is unknown
you CAN play it, but the settings are unknown

but before choosing any of these options i strongly recommend you to consider getting an i5 4430
note- if you plan on using multi threaded applications the fx 6300 is just a bit better
BUT games released today like FC4 dont scale to well on 4+ cores. the usage of my 6,7,8 cores hovr around 40% while gaming in really well optimized games like dragon age , metal gear solid V
The upgrade path of intel is a bit better than AMDs
but before choosing any of these options i strongly recommend you to consider getting an i5 4430
