Plan on buying my first SSD (hopefully a 120gb one) next week and I was wondering as to whether it fits my system as I'm pretty much in the dark when it comes to SSD's.
CPU: AMD A8-3870k
Mobo: MSI A55M-P33
RAM: 4 Gigs DDR3-1333
HDD: 320GB 3.5' 5400RPM HDD
PSU: 300W PSU
GPU: Nvidia 750ti

Solution
If your system is compatible with SATA hard drives, it's compatible with an SSD. No question about that.

Although you didn't ask about the PSU, it may be "borderline" for a 750 Ti if it's an obscure brand or factory pre-installed (typically poor quality). I wouldn't be comfortable with only 300w available, I'd change it to a 400w Corsair. You have to bear in mind that if the PSU fails it can wreck your expensive GPU.

Its the Zotac 750ti, and yeah the PSU was the thing I was most scared of.
Heres the direct link to the 750ti.

I already looked on the manufacturer's website thanks, as I always do before replying to hardware-related questions (for obvious reasons).

Vendor websites are no good for that, they don't give enough technical info which is essential for forum helpers, and what info vendor sites do give is often inaccurate.

As I already said, I'd get at least a 400w Corsair PSU if it was me, especially if existing one is a cheap, obscure brand.
