Hi guys :)
I've been experiencing a problem with my computer (which I've had for over 2 years now), and the problem has just risen in the last few months. I can use the computer for a bit, I leave it for only a couple minutes and the blue screen comes up (will happen in 1-5 minutes of being afk, or nothing will happen and it will go to a screen saver as normal). No problems on start up, just whilst im using it, it occasionally pops up. The blue screen says:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
It tells me if the problem persists that I should remove any newly installed hardware or software. I don't have a graphics card (integrated graphics), and I haven't installed any new pieces of hardware ever so I know its a software problem (maybe drivers, idk). I haven't checked every single driver but most of them say that its newest driver is already installed.

It isn't full screen so I can't see all the information (the side is cut off), so this is all I can see of the technical information

Technical information:
STOP: 0x00000000A (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, [can't see anything on this side] ...FFF8000307F93C)

Only new pieces of software I can recollect getting within the last few months is Norton (which I suspect is the problem), Steam (which I doubt is the problem) and Team Fortress 2 (although I've had steam and TF2 for about 5 months now).

This is extremely annoying when I'm doing work, leave the computer for like a minute, come back and all my work is lost. I save my stuff often but its still very annoying. I should mention it doesn't really happen while im using it, just usually when I'm not looking at the computer and when I look back its ok. I can still use it (hence I'm using it to type right now) but I really need a solution for this, and I don't really understand a lot of the computer jargon people use on other forums about it, so could someone plz explain it to me in plain English that would be much appreciated :))

Anyone have a solution to this??

Sorry for the extremely late reply, I put it on silent mode for a few days and had no problems. After a week I forgot to do it again and the blue screen came up so I'm fairly sure Norton is the problem, but I haven't uninstalled yet because I lost the product key for it so if I were to delete it and the blue screen were to come up again, then I'd still have the problem and lost my anti-spyware that I forked out money for... :(
