Hello, I am interested in purchasing a Raspberry Pi for my father in order to watch his movies from the internet. They are primarily 360p-480p, but I would like to be able to watch 1080p anime and old fighting movies smoothly in the case that my father finds a movie that is only in 1080p. Could multiple people verify that it is possible to watch Youtube videos at 1080p on a Raspberry Pi? Thanks in Advance.

I've seen people use the Raspberry Pi as a media service and the specification sheet says it is capable of 1080p videos. Google Images shows that people have used the card b itself to watch videos, but I just needed to know whether it could run 1080p Youtube videos smoothly since it seems like some people have trouble.
