So, The problem is that My ram (8gb) starts as a normal percentage of 25-35% running only an antivirus and skype. After playing a game or something or just letting my pc being idl for a couple of hours it start to increase its usage in the background Taskmsg.exe shows nothing unusual and when it hits 50% i decided to look at the users Tab on task manager. I saw that i was using 480-500 mb from the 8 gb so how can it be that it raises while doing nothing.
another funny thing is when i do a MemTest everything runs fine and My Ram do gets reseted.

Some people said it was malware but i only had on minor malware that got deleted and didnt fixed it.
Other claim its because of bad programming and a Os Reinstall is required ...
Is there something i could do before Trying out An os Reinstall..

I'd say it's probably a virus too. Doesn't matter if you deleted it, the pc was already changed by it once. My pc has been on for about 3 days and right now shows usage of 3.70 out of 16. I have just a couple programs opened. Yours shouldn't be using 50% on idle with nothing opened. Formatting will probably solve it. Ah, by the way you wrote it, seems like you have 8 i7 processors :p It's 8 threads, not 8 cpus.
