I'm planning to change my 2 memory RAM that I already have on my PC.
The memory ram I already have on my PC are 2 Exceleram E30106A of 2GB DDR3. So basically I have 4 GB ram (64-bit OS, Windows 7).
My motherboard is GA-H61M-DS2 that has only 2 slots for memory ram.

Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6770 1GB
Processor is Intel (R) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz , 3.80GHz
I'm planning to buy ram so I can have at least 8 GB. Is it worth to go for 16GB for my computer (is my pc powerful enough to use all the 16GB or will it be a waste of RAM with my current PC) or I won't see a big difference in performance with my current PC? I'm mostly using my PC for gaming, video editing, photoshop etc.
If it's not worth to go for 16GB, should I buy 1 memory ram of 8GB or 2 memory ram of 4 GB so I can enable dual-channel?
Also which brand do you recommend me? Are Corsair still considered the best?
