What frames kind of frames will i get wit this build on various games?

crisis 3 is a bad example of a demanding game on an AMD system as it is fully optimized for AMD hardware I had a GTX 660 and I couldn't get above 40 fps low settings without anti aliasing and once I got a 280X max settings with anti aliasing set to MSAA X8 with both cards I used a G3258 @ 4.5 Ghz and alone my cpu couldn't keep up which is why my frames jumped to 30-100.
but all games that use NVidia optimization you will get lag like watchdogs assassins creed 2, 3, 4, etc...
