So it needs to have two PCIE at x16 (that x16/x4 bs is really frustrating as an inexperienced consumer) it should be decent as far OCing because Im getting either the 8320 or the 8310, 1600 ddr3 is standard, sata is standard, psu cabling is standard, eufi bios would be nice if it happened to come in the cheapest possible mobo for the above requirements. I do stress cheapest.

Also it should come with 99 year warranty in a gilded aluminum box with Messenger Pigeon down feathers for cushion.

This popular board would be my choice:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

If you're willing to spend a bit more, though, this would be the best you can get:

What would be the second cheapest option? I understand most positive reviews aren't thrown out there, but that's a really cheap board that has very clear risks in sale. I rather have my first build go a bit more smoothly if possible. Sorry to switch up, but I rather just throw another 30$ in if it means Im less likely to have to troubleshoot. No final decisions I would just like your opinion for my decision.

Bird, you bring up a good point. Even when I do get into video editing I doubt my secondary slot being a PCIE 2.0 x8 will truly bottleneck to the point that it's a wasted investment.
