If this picture is telling the truth then you can have a R9 270.

I agree with Stefan. If AMD is an option go with the R9 270X it's the best card you will find for your price. But if you really want to stick with those options then I'd go with the FTW edition, unless you're just upgrading a card from a build with a weak CPU then go with the TI.

Might check out ebay. Last night I just bought a Radeon 7950 for $116 and change. It is used but the guy says fans work fine and offers 14 day return/exchange if it's doa and says he tests them with Futuremark before sending them out. If you can get a deal like that, that card would be closer to the r9 280 in performance, and you'd probably have enough to pick up a power supply. For around 50 i personally like the evga 600b.

That's a shame. You should check PC part picker, it shows you the cheapest place to buy parts. Maybe you will manage to make room for a new PSU too because they really are pretty cheap.

If power will be your primary concern, the 270 will run at 150W under load, while the 270X will run at 180W. On the other hand, the 750 will run at 55W, and the 750 Ti will run at 60W.

To answer your question, if you have the money and would prefer Nvidia over AMD, I'd go with the 750 Ti, but the 750 is still a respectable choice.
