If you could stretch out to around £70, you can go for this Corsair headset: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Peripherals/Headsets/Gaming/Corsair+Vengeance+1500+Dolby+7.1+USB+Gaming+Headset+?productId=57346

This is a USB headset so this will be better for surround sound gaming, better response and this headset has very good noise canceling features. Then you can go and use http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ to remove the noise level even more and this program works perfect for recording voice to be inserted with videos.

The next step would be to buy a studio microphone, but this is just for the microphone and not the headset, these here are the next way to go if you can afford to buy: http://www.bluemic.com/yeti/

In my opinion start off with the Corsair headset and then if you feel the need to upgrade, go and search for studio microphones.
