Hello, I have received a BSOD for the first time on my computer, and I didn't hesitate and instantly asked the community to help me with it.

To start off this Blue Screen is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

All it said was it was caused by ntosrknl.exe

Bug check code 0x0000000a

Caused by address ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0

your norton driver made calls that lead to failure in your ethernet driver.

most likely you just need to update your ethernet driver

umm hi i'm sorry if i'm asking randomly on someone else's thread, it's just that i'm desperate for a solution on the bsod of my pc. i hope someone can help: last night my pc went into blue screen with the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check string with a crash address of ntoskrnl.exe+76e80. i really have no idea what it does or what problem it is so i did windows updates and finished for the night. just now when i booted it up it went into bsod again but this time with a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message and a crash address of ntoskrnl.exe+74ec0. i googled it but came out empty handed. i started a thread but yeah still empty. i can't do windbg since the symbols require downloading from the net and my internet connection is so not good enough for that. pls, pls help! this is the bluescreen viewer results:
