Razer Synapse 2.0 not installing on a Windows 7 (64bit)

Ok so for the past two days, I've been trying to install Razer Syn for my new Naga Chroma. It pauses on the download at various places and doesn't move any further. The farthest I've ever gotten installing was 9 of 17 and then it froze.

Can anyone help me with this?

(Also, telling me to go "turn it in because Razer is horrible" doesn't help me at all.)

Try emailing them or hitting their forums. If you've got FB, drop a note on their page. Exhaust all your avenues before giving up, man. You'd be surprised. I dropped a nastygram on their FB page due to having an issue with support and my Death Adder some time back. I then got an email from the co-founder who helped me get it resolved.
I'd remove it via the control panel and start again. See if installing it to a flash drive makes any difference. If neither work to eliminate the problem, contact Razer directly. There should be no reason for it to not install or hang part way through.

I have reinstalled 6 times now... nothing. Razer's phonelines are also always full.

That's a wee bit irrational if you ask me and I'm sure that I'm definitely old enough to be your father (I'm 40 - seriously). Yeah, it's a nuisance that it's not working.. but it's not as though it's your fault. You're trying to get it fixed and he should at least allow you that.

It's not my dad's fault because it's been the frustration of the house for a few days and he want's to eliminate it.. I understand how he's feeling. But I do agree and it is a nuisance that it's not working for me. Thanks for the help as i'm calling Razer.
