Third Hard Drive Not Showing Up..

I considered installing a new hard drive so i bought a new one (WD 1TB Blue) and plugged it in but when i went into the disk create and format it didn't show up, so i restarted my computer and went into the BIOS and it didn't appear there so i closed my computer unplugged and re-plugged the connections and something happen. Nothing showed up... Any Help,Ideas or Suggestions?

MotherBoard - Msi Z87 G45
CPU - i5-4670k OC 4.2 GHz
Ram - Kingston Hyper Red X 16GB
Graphics Card - EVGA Gtx 650 Ti Boost
Main SSD - SanDisk 120GB
2nd HDD - WD 1TB Blue
3rd HDD - WD 1TB Blue (Having Trouble With)
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate

Even though you have already re-seated the drive, I would advise you to switch ports and cables as well. You can try connecting it to the port of the WD drive that is working fine(2nd HDD).
If the issue persists, it may be a good idea to connect the drive to another system and see whether it will get recognized over there. This will be the best way to see whether the issue is caused by the HDD itself or your system.
If the drive can't be recognized by another system as well, you most probably will need to contact WD's Support either by e-mail or phone and eventually RMA the drive.
