AMD Radeon xfx dd 7870 Ghz edition can't unlock core voltage slider in msi

Please help. I have enabled both voltage control and voltage monitoring. I am almost positive that this card is not voltage locked, yet I can't seem to enable the slider in afterburner. Help would be much appreciated and thanks in advanced.

Have you enabled "extend official overclocking limits"? Go to the general tap in settings go to the bottom where it says amd compatibility properties and check extend official overclocking limits.
