Very faint red flashy light in games

I've been experiencing these very, very faint red lighting effects in all the games I've been playing like Skyrim, Planetside 2 and League of Legends where all the textures are very faintly flashing red when i move around. Drivers are up to date, I've had these cards for about a year now without ever having this problem and I haven't done anything that I can think of off the top of my head that would have made this happen. Help is very appreciated, thanks in advance.

Could be a strange type of artifacting or it could be the actual monitor/the connection to the GPU. To test both you would need a second GPU and monitor with a different cable. Swap the monitor cable first and if the problem is fixed you can stop there. If swapping the actual monitor fixes, then stop there. If you try a second GPU and it still does it, the problem is software most likely.

Try to borrow parts from friends to test or if you really have to you can buy super cheap stuff on ebay as long as it functions (like a cheap $30 GPU and a $50 monitor or something similar, just make sure they are in working order and have no listed flaws).
