Will this Graphics card work okay along with my other components (Hard drives,ram,Cpu etc...)

I have a xfx 550w core edition PSU and I was wondering if this card would work okay its the R9 280 3gb

My specs (in short)

CPU: fx 4130 willing to over clock if needed (I know I may get a bit off bottlenecking till I can afford a fx8350)

2x segate 500gb hdds
1x 120gb sandisk extreme ssd
8gb vengeance
asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0

Yes, that graphics card will work with the rest of your components. I would indeed recommend overclocking your 4130 until you upgrade to a 8350. But you should be able to run most modern games very well at medium settings.

It will all run fine as is at stock.

I would not overclock your FX-4130 too far on that poor motheboard and certainly not use it with the 8 core CPU. The Extreme 3s have very weak thermal power design.

Yes the 550 will be fine, and the R9 280 is a pretty good card for the price!
