My pc is windows 7 x64
just reformatted and did a fresh reinstall a month ago
things had been working fine, today I noticed some weirdness with my framerate in games, I alt-tab and notice my CPU keeps changing from 4ghz to 1.6ghz, it just keeps going back and forth
4ghz...1.6ghz....4ghz....1.6ghz.... it changes like every 2 seconds
I have high performance mode enabled, everything in UEFI checks out, temps are in the 30's so great, just can't seem to figure this one out
