Nope, no bios. But after dinner tryed turning on comp and the msi motherboard logo popped up! "There was still no beeb at this point" When the comp asked me about which opperating aystem to load,"i have 2 loaded" went to plus in keyboard and then blank screen. Tryed reatarting but nothing. Still blank screen no beeb.

So just a few minutes ago the computer started up normally. "Still no bios beep....weird" it was able to update something, presumably the mouse. Then computer said it needed to reatart and nothing agine. Still its progress. One weard note it seems like the system isn't getting enough power for whatever reason. I say this becouse the fans on my nvidia 970 try to spin than stop. This happens bout 10 times a min now when i get the blank screen

So now windows has started up muntiple times but freezes at the windows logo or i get into windows and i try to do anything and it freezes or i loose power to my keyboard and mouse.
It seems some how that the case itself is retarding the power flow from the psu. Its the only thing i can come up with at this point.
Is that even possible?

So, the beep you are looking for, does your case have a speaker? If yes, is it connected?

Your case only supports the motherboard and drives, the only function it has is turning on the computer, I can't imagine that it would cause such a problem.
