Yes it will work but it is not ideal. Is the PSU that you listed the G2 or G1 model? Also, I noticed that you didn't select a CPU cooler. I would highly recommend this. The main reason you would want a 4790k is to overclock I would imagine? And you will need a pretty hefty CPU cooler because the 4790k already runs pretty hot to begin with. And the last thing being that you should probably downgrade to a 4690k and then put that money towards a better GPU. I shouldnt say downgrade because you would actually find barely any performance difference between the 4690k and the 4790k.

If i am not going to overclock does that mean i should go for the 4690k? I am going to use the pc for gaming
