its compatible
but I would swap the fx6300 and the motherboard for
Intel Core i3-4160 and MSI Z87-G43 GAMING motherboard so that you can upgrade to i5 or i7 later that is a lot better than anything AMD has to offer
Trust me I had the fx 6300 and had to pay a lot to replace my motherboard as well when I wanted to upgrade to i7...
