I know that the case comes with a front 1x200m and a rear 1x140mm. I just wanna know if I need to more fans for good airflow or will this suffice? Because I won't be overcloking or SLI. And I already bought the PSU, will it be enough to power the stock fans in the 530?

My planned rig:
CPU: Intel i5 4690
Motherboard: ASUS H97-Pro Gamer
Memory: G-Skill Sniper 2x4GB
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 970
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 520w

You should be absolutely fine. That case is known to have excellent airflow and cooling and is extremely popular among gamers because of that and for its great looks and color choices. if you want to add more fans to create a positive air pressure you can, but unless you are running more than one card, or higher heat cards like the titan or r9 290 or 290x or 295x2, you should be fine with stock fans. OR you can replace the stock with even better noctua or bitfenix ones.

Stock cooler would work fine. You don't need any extra case fans. That Seasonic will be provide sufficient power for your system with 40A on the 12V rail. The minimum PSU required for a 970 system would be a 500W unit with 28A on the 12V rail.

One more question guys,

My friend has the exact same PSU and rig as mine and he bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212x Cooler for his CPU.

He is worried that the 520w might not be sufficient to power the cooler along with all the components. Can he power them all without any issues?

ahh that is fine. the only thing that is powering on the cooler is the fan blowing air through the heatsink. The fan is drawing an insignificant amount of wattage compared to the gpu and cpu, maybe a couple of watts at most. he should be absolutely fine.
