New Build freezing/hanging after loading windows (maybe Graphics related see post)

Okay I just built new pc and after installing new drivers it freezes/hangs after windows loads...i think its graphics related because I can go into safe mode unistall the card in device manager and no more freezing until i reinstall the graphics driver.... i have xfx amd R9 290x tried both 14.12 and 14.11 drivers tried clearing cmos... also just got a blue screen

yes i have 1000 watt psu with both the 8pin and 6pin plugged in just got another bluescreen it says ccc.exe (catalyst control) so i still believe driver issue with the mobo i guess just not sure what to do

well i think i figured it out will start new thread with the problem.... top pcie x16 slot on mobo is faulty second pcie slot works with no freezing...
