Why does my PC Freeze

I have a Problem why does my pc Freezes when I have Twitch, Youtube, Skype, League of Legends and Sims 3 I have 8 GB of RAM and 1TB of HardDrive 3 Fans both Running Smooth can anyone help

its a
CPU AMD A8-6600k APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.90 GHz
RAM 8GB
OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64BIT
Harddrive 1TB (I forgot the Name)
PSU 600W

I try'd a Disk Defrag and it still froze anything else

If you are running two games at once along with other programs, your PC is bound to freeze. Try not running as many things and see if that helps.
